1. General

1.1 These Terms of Use ("the Terms") apply to the use of ClubCal's general marketing website ("the Site"), operated and managed by Nulman Digital, a sole proprietorship ("the Operator").

1.2 These Terms do not apply to any specific club's management application - every club using the ClubCal service runs its own separate application, at its own dedicated address, subject to its own separate Terms of Use and Privacy Policy tailored to that application's features. These Terms apply solely to browsing this Site itself.

1.3 Browsing the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1.4 These Terms are intended for all genders regardless of the grammatical form used.

2. Description of the Site

The Site is used to present general information about the ClubCal service - a platform for managing a schedule, communication, and updates for sports clubs - and to enable contacting the Operator. The Site does not provide access to schedule management or any other operational feature; those are provided through the specific club's application, subject to its own separate Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, including its design, source code, structure, logo, and content, belong to the Operator and/or to parties who have licensed it to them.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "AS IS", with no commitment to continuous availability or the absence of malfunctions. The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of using or being unable to use the Site.

5. Privacy

Use of the Site is also subject to the Site's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. A material update will be brought to users' attention by reasonable means.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of the Central District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to them.
